I’m life coach, songwriter, film-maker and all around creative wizard. I’ve lived in NYC, San Francisco, and now am back in LA (for the 3rd time.) I’ve been studying hidden wisdom at BOTA and am a long time student of A Course in Miracles (done the lessons 2 1/2 times.)

Been involved with Men’s work for about 10 years through the New Warrior/Mankind Project. Also enjoy David Deida’s work, and my work in men’s groups has dramatically transformed my relationships with women! (It’s been much easier to address and dance with the feminine once I got clear on my own masculine side.)

I’m also a songwriter, bassist, workshop leader, and although I’m not crazy about the term, “motivational speaker.”

I’m a student and fan of all things pop culture and it’s my personal mission to empower hollywood filmmakers to be more concsious of the impact of the stories we tell and the impact we have.
